If you have gas problens this tea will be really helpful for you . Just boil tea leaves in water and strain tea in another container. And pour in cups . This tea really calms your mind and reduce your stress. It has ajwain that helps in gas and stomach problems. Nice tea with quality taste and fresh aroma.
