Our Pyramid-shaped Tea bags are made of food-grade Nylon which makes for a large, sturdy tea bag which doesn't tear up easily and brews a large cup. The pyramid shape allows more room for the tea leaves to unfurl, offering a rich and flavourful cup of tea, as against low-grade tea dust used by many orthodox brands. Our tea bags are heat-sealed and high-density enveloped.

The first and foremost precaution while storing tea is to keep it away from air, light, moisture and heat. Avoid storing tea in the cabinet right above the stove. It might be convenient for the kettle but not conducive for storing tea. Store tea in air-tight containers. Moreover, never put a damp teaspoon back in the container to scoop more tea.

We ship our products using various post services. All orders above ₹499 are eligible for Free Shipping. For any order below ₹499, an additional charge of ₹65 is levied as a shipping charge, for all states.
Yes, We do have COD delivery. We charge a small COD fee of Rs 100/- for orders below Rs. 499/-. Orders of Rs. 500/- and above, we charge COD fee of Rs. 35/-.
The customer is liable to pay for the shipping for a product being returned.
Depending on the shipping method and destination, domestic shipments take between 3-7 working days. Working days exclude all holidays and weekends.

No, you cannot open the parcel before the payment is made. You need to make the payment and receive the parcel, after which it can be opened.
We have tied up with a number of delivery partners for our domestic shipments. These include Delhivery, Fedex, BlueDart, EMS, Xpressbees, Ekart, Ecom and Skyking. For International shipments, we have DHL, Fedex and Aramex.

CANCELLATION & REFUND
